The copyright owner (referred to as the author) of the paper voluntarily transfers the copyright of the paper to the editorial department of the journal "Chinese Geological Education" (referred to as the editorial department). Both parties have reached the following agreement: (1) The author guarantees that the paper is an original work, has not been publicly published in any form or language at home or abroad, and does not involve confidentiality or other intellectual property infringement issues. If there are issues such as one manuscript, two submissions, infringement, or leakage, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author The signing author guarantees that they have full authority to sign this authorization letter and make all commitments, and guarantees that the authorship of this paper is undisputed. If there is a dispute over the right of signature, all responsibility shall be borne by the signing author The author voluntarily transfers the compilation rights (partial or complete), reproduction rights, translation rights, online dissemination rights, and distribution rights of the printed and electronic versions of the paper to the editorial department. Simultaneously grant the editorial department the exclusive agency license to include the paper in domestic and foreign literature search systems or databases The author guarantees not to grant others the rights mentioned in Article 3 without written permission from the editorial department. The editorial department allows authors to cite (or translate) parts of the paper in their subsequent works or compile them in non journal collections Before the first publication of the paper (in any form), the editorial department will charge the author a one-time publication fee. If the editorial department publishes the paper in other forms, no additional author page fees will be charged After the first publication of the paper (in any form), the editorial department will pay the author a one-time remuneration and give away a sample publication. If the editorial department publishes the paper in other forms, the author's remuneration will no longer be paid This authorization letter shall come into effect from the date of receipt by the editorial department. The transfer period is the same as the validity period of the paper copyright protection, and the transfer territory is around the world. If the author does not receive an acceptance notice or a rejection notice from the editorial department within 2 months from the date of receipt of the paper, this authorization letter will automatically become invalid In case of any other unforeseen matters, both parties shall resolve them through consultation; If the negotiation fails, it shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
